Rajdeep Singh Badwalz DDS
Embarking on a journey in oral healthcare, my unwavering passion as a
general dentist has culminated in my practice philosophy that emphasizes
treating individuals as people before considering them as patients. The
seeds of this aspiration were sown early on. The memories of my father,
Dr. Jasvinder Badwalz, crossing the graduation stage and observing his
exceptional empathy and profound understanding while tending to his
patients, imbibed invaluable lessons in compassion and resonance that I
hungered to share with patients of my own. These formative lessons
informed my transformative academic journey at the distinguished
University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where I
enriched my knowledge base and crystallized my practice philosophy which
centers around the virtues of empathy, understanding, and comprehensive
care. With each interaction, I aspire to contribute to a world brimming
with enhanced health and happiness, one radiant smile at a time.
My goal outside of my profession are to extend the virtues of empathy
and understanding to my community. I hope to continue to be a mentor in
my community. I hope to be able to provide support for young people who
wish to join me as my college in this noble profession. I hope to
continue my volunteer efforts, especially focused on helping those in
need. I hope to be an active and vocal member at all our local community
functions. I hope being multilingual and speaking English, Punjabi, and
Spanish helps me form connections with people from many walks of life.
More about me personally, I have been a resident of Merced/Atwater for
more than half of my life. I completed my middle school and high school
from McSwain and Buhach Colony, respectively. I have a passion for
reading, gardening, and cooking. I enjoy learning how things work. I
especially like learning more about engineering of cars and motorcycles,
both old and new. My favorite sport to follow is basketball.
